ASSESSING OUTCOMES OF YOUTH TRANSITIONING FROM FOSTER CARE
926 youth (543 females, 383 males) aged out of Utah foster care between 1999 and 2004. This report details how former foster youth are functioning as young adults and helps to identify services and supports that can be improved for youth currently in foster care.
